Hon. Mariama Karley Amui is the Municipal Chief Executive for the Alekuma Central Municipal Assembly. she is the chief representative of the central Government and the chairman of the Executive Committee of the Assembly.

The Municipal Chief Executive preside at meetings of the Executive Committee of the Assembly and in his absence a member of the Executive Committee elected by the members present from among themselves shall preside.

she is responsible for the day-to-day performance of the executive and administrative functions of the Assembly and also responsible for the supervision of various departments.
